We wanted to create a concept that expresses our love of food around the world. We have these memories of eating dishes that have really impressed us with their simplicity, yet blown us away with their depth of flavor. As chefs we are always looking for an experience to remember and inspire us while dining !  Some of our fondest memories were made around a table ,with the ones we love, eating food. We both think eating is one of the best ways to learn about culture, family, traditions and people in general. We want to Learn What Wilmington Loves to eat too!
